Xi'an Choujiu Liquor,also named Huanggui Choujiu Liquor,is an ancient famous liquor.The liquor was ever a kind of tribute of Tang Dynasty.Later on,it becomes a liquor employed by the senior leaders of the state to host domestic and overseas guests.Guo Moruo,the most well-known contemporary poet and literati of China,praised it "it is unlike wine,but superior to wine."
