According to ancient records,this wine has been produced since the Northern and Southern Dynasties in AD 550.It is the original Chinese wine.It is made from sorghum,a native product of the Shanxi plains,by an accient formula.It is mixed with yeast,fermented in jars for a long period, then steamed and distilled in caldrons and stored for a long period.This wine is mellow,fragrant and has no shap taste.
