Jinci Rice(Shanxi)
Taiyuan is the main place of Shanxi rice production of Shanxi province, and Jinci rice is the best kind in the province, for the good quality of sparkling and crystal-clear, recorded in History of Later Han Dynasty. At the season of bumper harvest, the golden rice ripples with fain scent, enjoying a name of "Little Southern Village".

SOYA BEANS OF JILIN(Jilin)

Soya beans are grown on Song Liao Plain, particularly those grown along the Yellow Mud River (known as Bai Shan #1) are of the best quality; it contains more than 90% of protein.
